1. Purpose & Scope
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Revive & Reform and the client engaging in coaching or consulting services. By participating, you agree to uphold the values of mutual respect, confidentiality, and commitment to growth.

2. Services Provided
Revive & Reform offers one-on-one coaching, group programs, and consulting services rooted in cultural integrity, emotional wellbeing, and community empowerment. Specific service details will be outlined in your welcome email or individual service agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance via the provided scheduling link.

Payment is due prior to the session unless otherwise arranged.

Payment plans may be available upon request to ensure accessibility.

Group coaching programs require commitment to the full term; refund policies will be outlined in each program’s welcome document.

4. Digital Content & Resources
Clients may receive access to digital resources including downloadable workbooks, audio recordings, and videos. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, altered, or distributed without permission.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit the session.

If Revive & Reform needs to reschedule, clients will be offered an alternative time promptly.

Group program schedules are fixed; missed sessions may not be rescheduled individually.

6. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Any personal information shared will not be disclosed without your consent, except where legally required.

7. Client Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Revive & Reform does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, resources, and materials remain the property of Revive & Reform. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Feedback & Disputes
Feedback is welcomed and encouraged. If any concerns arise, clients are encouraged to communicate them directly so they may be resolved in a way that upholds manaakitanga and integrity.
